We nearly escaped a hail storm this morning. Thankfully we were finishing up with photos by the stream when the sun broke and hail started pouring down! We all ran back to the house, we all had a good laugh when we got back.. The kids did great and enjoyed racing and playing instead of having to sit and say cheese.. You may recognize this littlest of this family from an earlier newborn session, shes grown but is still so small! She slept almost the entire time and didnt even notice the hail storm. Here are some of my favorites.
Its thanksgiving!
We had a lovely morning thanksgiving walk in our backyard/neighborhood. With a fog filled forest and lots of crunchy leaves I was constantly stopping for photos. Justin was a great model, isnt he handsome?? He even grabbed the camera and got a few of me, hes quite the natural photographer as well.. 
After our walk we stopped by Starbucks for our annual morning coffee. Also, we started a new tradition of writing a list of everything we are thankful for from this year, wow its amazing how many things we forget God blesses us with until we stop and remember. We are both very thankful for the blessings in our lives. We are off to a friends for thanksgiving. I have a few shoots this weekend and will be back on Monday on the blog!
Its beginning to look alot like Christmas, and Thanksgiving! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! We again braved the cold for a few photos outdoors, then came back to my place for some indoor shots. Here is a small preview from yesterday. I hope everyone is having fun preparing for tomorrows feast!

We braved the cold this morning, and had quite a fun time at Fairfax Corner, in fact we had the place to ourselves, which actually was quite nice.
Although it was cold we got some fun photos.. We even got some very cute smiles out of the littlest one..
Well we have made some progress on the house! Today we made another trek to Ikea and found many treasures! We are going to watch a movie soon so heres a few of the dinning Room/ great room and my studio/office.
We wanted to get the picture frames hung, though I still have to send the ‘winter themed’ photos to our lab.. These three pictures will hopefully be changing with the seasons.

Thanksgiving is a week from tomorrow! Though we do not get to go home for thanksgiving we were invited by some of our good friends to spend it with them, which I am very thankful for.
