I came across this site yesterday and I just have to share.  Though we don’t have kids I am around plenty of little ones and of course their sweet prams.  One of my favorites is the Bugaboo, although I can’t sew, I have always been a huge fan of fun fabrics.  This woman makes either custom covers for your Bugaboo, or you can choose from any of her many adorable prints. What a wonderful place to take your kids!  Here are just a few photos from my photoshoot at At Play Cafe. Check out their website for more info. They offer lattes, snacks, lunches and plenty of other fun things for your kids.  One of the best parts is you can sit down and relax while your little ones can play..

Hello, and thanks for checking back! This has been a crazy week and I am happy to be blogging once again.  I wanted to let those of you who are on the west coast know that I will be back in Washington in May and will be scheduling a couple of sessions. I have had a few people ask me when I would be in the area, so I wanted to give you all plenty of notice. Yesterday I had the privilege to meet Joanna, the owner of Paddington Station.  These are just a few of the fun items I came across while visiting the store yesterday. They have so many treasures, you will have to check out the store for yourself!

Q.  What inspired you to start your business?

A.  I have a love for children’s clothes.. Before opening Paddington Station 17 years ago, I would sew my own kids clothes’s.  I believe children should be dressed nice, not just their mommies.

Q.  Describe your Target Market?

A.  Everybody! We offer high quality clothing at affordable prices.  We have people coming from all over. Lately a lot of grandparents have been coming in to furnish their own home nurseries.  Since families are becoming so mobile now, its much easier for extended families to have their own set of baby gear..

Q.  What is your favorite part about your store’s location?

A.  Parking is one of our best features about our store here in Vienna.  Often stores struggle with enough parking, being on a corner lot, with PLENTY of child friendly parking, our customers can easily bring their kids shopping.  We also are very easy to get to, right off of 123.
